MAKE ALL CHECKS OUT TO E TN DISTRICT NMI. We will be sure your church is credited, if church name is on the check.

Crisis Care Kits-take to Lenoir City Nazarene Church, not First Baptist. Someone will be there to help you unload at the President’s reception on Tuesday, and on Wednesday morning from 8:15 until 8:45.

We will take the kits to the warehouse in Maryland, saving your church over $20/box to mail. However, you still need to send $12/box to Global Treasurer, 17001 Prairie Star Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66220 for shipping from the warehouse to the field.

Children’s Convention Registration Blank is attached. You may send in ahead, OR fill out and bring with you, Or you may even bring your children and register them there! Just bring them! The registration fee is $5 for the day. They will have a great time learning about “Secret Agent Missions”!

Teens at Convention:
Due to NYC, we will not have the traditional teen pizza lunch with the missionaries, but teens will go to lunch with their church delegation. ANY TEEN WHO WANTS TO HELP WITH CHILDREN’S CONVENTION IS SO WELCOME TO DO THAT, BUT TEENS MUST REGISTER WITH PASTOR JIMMY WRIGHT, AT THE DOWNSTAIRS REGISTRATION DESK, IN ORDER TO BE HELPERS. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT ME THE NAME OF TEENS FROM YOUR CHURCH WHO WANT TO HELP, WE ALREADY HAVE THEM A NAME TAG READY!

Many of our people will not be able to make it to the convention to hear our missionaries, Jim and Kay Williams, so be sure to invite them to come to a zone rally in your area:

Golf Tournament to Benefit Work and Witness

Please encourage any golfers in your church to send their $30 deposit for the District Golf Tournament by July 15 with names of the players to 180 Woodstream PL Cleveland, TN 37312. Please make your checks to ET SDMI -SDMI is sponsoring the Golf Tournament, but it will benefit Work and Witness!

Please make sure your golfers know about the tournament – Please hand them a copy of the attachment – We are hearing from some players their pastor has not announced anything about the tournament
