Prayer for Cactus Team
An E TN District W&W team will minister at the Cactus Refugee Center, in Cactus, TX, next week.  We will leave VERY early Monday morning, driving to Cactus (2-day drive) with the possibility of inclement weather.  While there, we will minister to refugees from 28 different countries.  We’ll do several construction projects, work with the English teaching program, and share the Gospel daily with 75 children in a 2 hour after school program.
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS TEAM WITH YOUR PRAYERS, FEBRUARY 16-28!

Speaking of Persevering Prayer…

A few years ago, missionary Lisa Lehman toured our E TN district.  Here is a story from Living Mission Lesson featuring  Lisa:

Allidia was seven years old when she heard Lisa Lehman, missionary to Thailand, speak. God had called Lisa to become a missionary when she was seven years old, so Lisa always asked for seven-year-olds to raise their hands. Allidia started praying for Thailand before she even knew where it was. Read more in the NMI lesson Persevering Prayer. Click for English and Spanish.
