FROM GREAT E TN NMI PRESIDENTS

This optional opportunity was on our ET NMI President’s online report:
“Please share how your church ministered cross-culturally (locally or internationally).
While this is not a requirement, we would love to hear your stories and share them with our district.”

Each week, we feature a local president’s response.
This week, we are featuring the response from Jan Stone, Barfield Church of the Nazarene:
We minister to our local public school (Barfield Elementary) by giving snacks to impoverished children, helping families in need, and providing school resources. We are also partnering with the Isaiah 1:17 Project in our local community, serving by cleaning/yard work, providing needed items, and volunteering with the children. Our children have done projects of encouragement to others, and our people give willingly of time, resources, and money when a need arises

Pray for Nazarene Church in Odesa, Struck by Missile

Our Nazarene Church in Odesa (Ukraine)  was hit in a missile attack on Sunday 23rd July. On Tuesday, the church members gathered to start repairs.

Our church in Odesa has been tirelessly working to serve their community and other areas devastated by the war.  We want to do all we can to help our churches through this time. They have been a brilliant light in the midst of this terrible darkness.
