PRAYER FOR THE PERSECUTED CHURCH
Many Christians around our world suffer for their faith. Our brothers and sisters count on the faithful prayers of God’s people to support them in times of testing, trials, and tragedies. Thank you for praying; your faithfulness in prayer makes a difference.

PRAYER REQUEST FOR AMAZING MISSIONARY LEADERS

Through a series of miraculous connections, I recently met Myrna Dippert, District NMI President of Canada West District.  Myrna is nearly my age, but still works as a registered nurse, leads district NMI in Western Canada, takes medical teams to work in Papua New Guinea, and loves life!  She and her husband, Bob, served as missionaries in Papua New Guinea and Ghana before retiring, pastoring in Northern California, then leading NMI in Canada.

Myrna and Bob planned on meeting Jim and me last week while we were in Nevada visiting our son.  However, Myrna and Bob were slammed last week with the news that their daughter-in-law/mom of their 5 grandchildren has been diagnosed with final stage colon cancer.  Myrna and Bob will be caring for the grandchildren to help their family through this tragedy.

PRAYER WARRIORS, PLEASE PRAY FOR THE  FAMILY OF BOB & MYRNA DIPPERT!

THANKSGIVING FOR YOUR PRAYER SUPPORT
“Thank you” is so inadequate for the gift of your prayer support during my fall here in Nevada last week.  God has arranged every part of my hip surgery and recovery.  I’m getting around with a walker, and tolerable pain.  The next challenge will be flying home, hopefully the week after Thanksgiving, with the danger of blood clots, due to my hip surgery.  Thank you, again, for your unfailing prayer support!
